Who we work with

We supply custom printed packaging to businesses. By placing an order, you confirm that you are acting for the purposes of your trade, business or profession and that you are authorised to accept these terms on behalf of your business.

Quotes

Our quotes are based on the details you give us, such as box style, dimensions, board, print, finishes, inserts, quantity, artwork and delivery requirements. The price, specification and expected timings are set out in your quote.

A quote is valid for the period stated on it. If the specification changes after we have quoted, for example a different size, board, finish or quantity, we will review the price and timings and send you an updated quote.

Placing an order

An order is accepted only when we confirm it in writing, usually by email. A contract between you and us is formed at that point, on the basis of the confirmed quote and these terms.

The minimum order quantity is 50 boxes per design, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Artwork and proofs

You are responsible for the artwork, text, images, barcodes and product information you supply, including spelling, accuracy and any legal or labelling requirements that apply to your product. You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, everything you send us for printing.

Before production, we will send you a proof for approval. Please check it carefully. Production starts only after you approve the proof in writing, and we are not responsible for errors in an approved proof.

  • Colours on screen and on digital proofs can look different from the printed result.
  • Printed colours can vary slightly between board types and between print runs.
  • Finishes such as foiling, spot UV, embossing and debossing can vary slightly in position and appearance.

Samples

Custom samples are available on request for a fee, which will be confirmed in your quote. A sample helps you check the size, structure and appearance of your box before a full order. Small differences between a sample and the final production run can occur, particularly in colour and finish.

Production and turnaround

Typical turnaround is 12 to 15 working days from your proof approval. The expected timing for your order is set out in your quote or order confirmation.

Turnaround times are estimates, not guaranteed dates, unless we agree a fixed date in writing. We will tell you as soon as possible if we expect a delay.

Delivery

We deliver across the UK to the address you give us. Please make sure the delivery address and contact details are correct and that someone is available to receive the delivery.

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or not as ordered, contact us as soon as possible, and within 7 days of delivery, with photos and your order details so that we can look into it.

Payment

Payment terms, including any deposit or payment due before production or dispatch, are set out in your quote or invoice. Prices are in pounds sterling.

If a payment is late, we may pause production or delivery until it is received and may charge interest and compensation under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes after proof approval may affect the price and timings.

If you cancel after production has started, you will need to pay for work already carried out and for materials bought or used for your order.

Problems with your order

If your boxes have a fault that we caused, or they do not match the approved proof and confirmed specification, we will reprint, replace or refund the affected boxes. We will agree the most suitable option with you after reviewing the issue.

This does not apply to issues caused by artwork or information you supplied and approved, or to small variations in colour, finish or quantity that are normal for printed packaging.

Suitability of the packaging

You are responsible for confirming that the packaging is suitable for your product and its intended use, including any food-contact, product safety, labelling or environmental requirements. We are happy to discuss options with you, but the final decision on suitability rests with you.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability to you for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of revenue or any indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Intellectual property

You keep all rights in your artwork, logos and brand materials. You give us permission to use them only to produce and deliver your order. We will not use your artwork or photos of your packaging in our marketing without your permission.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as supplier or carrier problems, extreme weather, power failures or other serious disruption. If this happens, we will tell you and do what we reasonably can to reduce the impact on your order.

Privacy

We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version in place when we confirm your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
