Want customers to see part of a product while it is still inside its carton? A window tuck box has a cut-out in one or more panels, designed around the product and the way you want it presented. The window shape, position and carton dimensions should be planned together, so share your product measurements, what you want visible and your estimated quantity when requesting a quote.

Choose this product if you want a carton planned for a soap product and are considering a window to show its colour, shape or surface. Tell us the soap’s dimensions and how much of it you want visible.
Choose this product if you need a compact tuck carton and want to discuss whether a window can be incorporated. Provide the product measurements and the area you would like the opening to show.
A window tuck box is a folding carton with a die-cut opening in a panel. The cut-out may reveal part of the packed product. Its shape and position should be considered alongside the product dimensions, the printed design and the way the box opens.
The window is a design feature, not a guarantee that the contents will be held in place or protected. If the product can move behind the opening, tell us how it will sit inside the carton. An insert or other internal support may need to be considered separately.
Window size involves a practical balance: a larger opening can show more of the product, while leaving less printed panel area around it. The finished design will also depend on the carton structure and production specification. Ask us to review the proposed window before approving artwork.
For soap boxes, provide the soap’s measurements and any relevant details about its shape or wrapping. For other small tuck boxes, describe the product and what you want customers to see through the opening.

Measure the product at its widest, longest and deepest points. Include wrapping or any parts that will be packed with it.
State whether the measurements are internal or external. The carton needs enough room for the product to fit as intended.
Decide what the window should reveal. A sketch or reference image can help explain the preferred shape and position.
If the product needs to stay in a particular position behind the opening, mention this when requesting a quote.
Keep important artwork and text clear of the proposed window. Final artwork should be checked against the confirmed carton layout.
For soap packaging, share the soap’s shape, dimensions and any wrapping details. Do not assume one carton size will fit every soap.
